• Notes, notebooks, and tags you create
• App preferences and settings
• Search history within the app

3. Data Processed by Third-Party Services

When you use AI features:

• Your note content is sent to OpenAI's API for processing
• If you provide your own API key, requests go directly to OpenAI
• If using our proxy service, requests route through our secure server

4. What We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information
• Email addresses or account credentials
• Location data
• Analytics or tracking data
• Your notes are never stored on our servers

5. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered features (summarization, writing assistance)
• To improve app functionality and user experience
• All note data remains on your device unless you use AI features

6. Data Security

• All notes are stored locally on your device
• API keys are stored in secure device storage
• We do not have access to your notes or personal data

7. Children's Privacy

Nova is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

You can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the app or using the "Reset Data" option in Settings.
