• Limited daily AI feature usage

4. Nova Pro

$4.99/month or $39.99/year:

• Unlimited AI features
• Priority support

5. Payments and Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Use the App to generate harmful or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content are owned by Nova
• Your notes and content remain your property
• AI-generated content is provided for your personal use

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI features will be accurate, complete, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
